摘　　要：目的:调查邯郸市区新生儿淋球菌性结膜炎发病情况。方法:收集邯郸市三家医院眼科自2000-01/2003-12对135例新生儿淋球菌性结膜炎疑似病例进行调查分析。结果:135例新生儿淋球菌性结膜炎疑似病例,均进行化验室结膜囊分泌物涂片革兰氏染色检查,必要时进行巧克力色血平板培养,结合临床症状确诊为13例(9.6%)。发病确诊时间,2000年1例,2001年2例,2002年3例,2003年7例。结论:近几年邯郸市区新生儿淋球菌性结膜炎的发病率呈上升趋势。有必要加强对该病的重新认识,提高警惕,采取有效防治措施,降低或杜绝邯郸市区新生儿淋球菌性结膜炎的发病率。AIM: To discuss the morbidity of gonococcal conjunctivitis of newborn in Handan area.· METHODS: A total of 135 borderline cases of newborn gonococcal conjunctivitis from January 2000 to December 2003 in 3 hospitals were collected and analyzed.· RESULTS: All the borderline cases had undergone Gram's staining of conjunctival sac secretion smear. Bacterial culture on chocolate blood plate had been done if necessary. Combined with clinical symptom, 13 cases (9.6 %) were identified eventually, among which 1 case was identified in 2000, 2 cases in 2001, 3 cases in 2002 and 7 cases in 2003.· CONCLUSION: In recent years the morbidity of newborn gonococcal conjunctivitis in Handan area is in a trend of increase. Thus it is necessary to re-recognize it and to take proper measure to decrease the incidence of this disease to a minimum.·
