摘　　要：目的:研讨肉毒毒素A(BTXA)治疗特发性眼睑痉挛及Meige病并发症发生的原因及防治方法。方法:对135例特发性眼睑痉挛及Meige病等行BTXA治疗发生并发症的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:在1994/2003随访,135例中出现局部并发症8种,全身并发症2种。经对症处理,2wk～2mo症状全部缓解。结论:BTXA治疗肌张力障碍性疾病已有肯定的疗效。且治疗范围在不断扩大,须加强其并发症的防治。并发症的发生与注射位点和深度、药物浓度和用量、注射间隔时间以及操作技术熟练程度有关。AIM: To evaluate the incidence and treatment of complications in patients of essential blepharospasm and Meige's disease who underwent Botulinum Toxin A (BTXA) treatment.· METHODS: A retrospective research was done on 135 cases undergone BTXA treatment for essential blepharospasm and Meige's disease.· RESULTS: Among the 135 patients, 8 types of topical complications and 2 types of systemic complications occured during the follow-up from 1994 to 2003. All symptoms released with common treatments within 2wk-2mo.· CONCLUSION: BTXA is effective for essential blepharospasm and Meige's disease. The complications' occurrence is related to injection site and depth, administration concentration and dose, proper injection interval and manipulation technique.
