眼底自发荧光技术在眼科中的应用

摘　　要：眼底自发荧光是一种新近发展的眼底成像技术,它能显示RPE的分布情况。观察自发荧光的分布及其强度,有助于确定某些视网膜疾病的诊断及其预后评价。本文就自发荧光的基本原理及其在各种视网膜疾病中的表现作一综述。Fundus autofluorescence is a recently advanced technique in opthalmoscopic imaging. It can visualize the retinal pigment epithelium (RPE) by taking advantage of its autofluorescence derived from lipofuscin. It also can observe the intensity and distribution of fundus autofluorescence in eyes of various retinal diseases, which is helpful to ascertain diagnosis and to evaluate prognosis. In this paper, we reviewed basic theory of fundus autofluorescence and it's clinical application in various retinal diseases.
