摘　　要：目的:观察干扰素α-2b在青光眼滤过性手术中的疗效。方法:选择原发性开角型青光眼49例(73眼),行小梁切除术,术后3d在球结膜下注射干扰素α-2b溶解液0.5mL(5×105U),手术后5d开始使用干扰素α-2b眼液滴眼,持续用药2mo。结果:功能性滤过泡形成良好,眼压维持在2.8kPa(21mmHg)以下,房水流畅系数显著提高,手术成功率达91.7%。结论:干扰素α-2b能减少滤过道疤痕化,提高手术成功率,长期使用无药物毒副作用。AIM: To evaluate the curative effect of interferon (IFN) α-2b in glaucoma filtering operation.· METHODS: A total of 49 cases (73 eyes) of primary open angle glaucoma were selected to undergo trabeculectomy surgery. In all cases, IFNα-2b solution 0.5mL (5×105U) subconjunctival injection was carried out on the 3rd day after surgery, followed by IFNα-2b eyedrops starting from the 5th day and sustaining for 2 months.· RESULTS: In most cases, the functional filtering bleb was well formed, and the intraocular pressure could be kept under 2.8kPa (21mmHg), while the coefficient of outflow facility was markedly improved. An effectuation ratio of 91.7% was achieved.· CONCLUSION: Using IFNα-2b may reduce the filtering passage scaring and improve the surgery effectuation, without toxicological adverse function been found.
