摘　　要：目的:观察丝裂霉素C(MMC)在泪囊鼻腔吻合术后,抗吻合口瘢痕形成以及吻合口关闭的作用。方法:将34例(34眼)慢性泪囊炎随机分为MMC治疗组20眼和对照组14眼。MMC组在泪囊鼻腔吻合术中一次性使用0.4g/L的MMC5min,对照组不使用MMC,采用传统泪囊鼻腔吻合术。术后随访6～12mo。结果:MMC治疗组成功率为95%,对照组为86%(P <0.01)。MMC治疗组术后未出现鼻腔粘膜坏死、溃疡、眼球损害等并发症。结论:泪囊鼻腔吻合术中应用MMC安全有效。AIM: To examine the safety and efficacy of the adjunctive use of MMC in dacryocystorhinostomy to prevent the closure of osteotomies.· METHODS: A total of 34 cases (34 eyes) with chronic dacryocystisis who underwent dacryocystorhinostomy of the same level were randomly divided into two groups: the 20 cases (20 eyes) in MMC Group were given MMC 0.4g/L, and Control Group included 14 cases (14 eyes) without MMC, both with follow-up of 6-12mo.· RESULTS: There were no complications in MMC Group. The success rate in MMC Group was 95% compared with that of 86% in Control Group. This difference was statistically significant (P <0.01).· CONCLUSION: MMC is safe and efficient in dacryocystorhinostomy.
