羊种布鲁氏菌16M不同生物型及非典型株间微孔蛋白的结构变化规律

摘　　要：羊种布鲁氏菌16M不同生物型及非典型株间微孔蛋白结构存在着规律性的变化。光滑型菌外膜上的脂多糖不同程度的脱落导致16M光滑型向16M中间过渡型与粗糙型转变,表现为16M中间型与粗糙型微孔蛋白SDS-PAGE电泳谱型与16M光滑型的谱型基本相同,仅有清晰程度与单体迁移的改变。与此对照羊种光滑型布鲁氏菌微孔蛋白自身的变异,是羊种布鲁氏菌在光滑型基础上向非典型株转变的原因。Regular changes in porins existed among the different bio types of B. melitensis 16M and the atypical strains. The smooth 16M can be transfered to the intermedia and the rough strain as a rsult of various degree of the decrease of LPS on the outer membrane of the smooth strain. It was revealed that the SDS-PAGE profiles of porins were substantial similar except clarity and monomer's mobility in the intermedia and the rough 16M and those of the smooth 16M strain. By contrast with these, the variation of the porins in themselves is the reason of the transfer from the B.melitensis smooth 16M to the atypical strain.
