摘 要:目的 :探讨Orbscan Ⅱ角膜地形图仪与A超角膜测厚仪对角膜最薄点厚度测量结果的差异。方法 :对 16 1例(30 6只眼 )近视患者的角膜最薄点分别行Orbscan Ⅱ和A超测量 ,按角膜厚度不同分为 4组 ,将结果行统计学处理 ,分析这两种方法所得测量值之间的差异。结果 :左右眼角膜厚度无论是用Orbscan Ⅱ测量还是A超测量均无差异。在对 30 6只眼角膜最薄点厚度的测量中 ,Orbscan Ⅱ的测厚结果为(5 37.83± 32 .796 ) μm ,A超测厚的结果为 (5 2 8.79± 2 7.6 89)μm ,二者之间差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。将 30 6只眼角膜最薄点厚度 ,按Orbscan Ⅱ的测厚结果分为 4组 ,1组角膜厚度<5 0 0 μm、2组 5 0 0 μm≤角膜厚度 <5 5 0 μm、3组 5 5 0 μm≤角膜厚度 <6 0 0 μm、4组角膜厚度≥ 6 0 0 μm ,各组间两种测量方法的差值分别为 1组 (- 3.2 9± 12 .6 9) μm、2组 (6 .95± 11.6 4 )μm、3组 (16 .93± 10 .4 2 ) μm、4组 (15 .38± 12 .5 2 ) μm ,两种方法差值的F值为 33.13(P <0 .0 5 ) ,提示在不同角膜厚度的范围内这两种测量方法的差值差异也有显著性。结论 :人的左右眼角膜最薄点厚度基本一致 ,对于同一眼两种方法所得测量值在统计学上差异有显著性 ,总体上Orbscan Ⅱ系统的测量值要大于超声测厚 。Objective: To assess the accuracy and variability in pachymetry measurements of th e thinnest corneal thickness obtained by Orbscan-Ⅱ and by DGH ultrasound in pr imary laser in myopia.Methods: The thinnest corneal thickness in 306 healthy eyes of 161 myopic subjects were measured with Orbscan-Ⅱ and DGH ultrasound pachymetry. The results were treated statistically and the differences were analysed.Results: There was no statistical difference(independent samples test,P>0.05) in corneal thickness between left eye and right eye which use Orbscan-Ⅱ or DG H ultrasound pachymetry. The mean thinnest corneal thickness was(537.83±32.7 96)μm with Orbscan-Ⅱ system,and (528.79±27.689)μm with DGH ultrasound pachymetry. There was significant difference statistically(paired sa mples test,P<0.05). There were significant linear correlations betw een scan ning-slit topography and ultrasound pachymetry(r=0.926,P <0.001),the differen ce of the results between these two methods was a mean value(9.24±12.692)μm,in overall the DGH ultrasound measurements were thicker than the Orbscan-Ⅱ meas urements by a mean of (9.24±12.692)μm. This sample(306 eyes) were divided in to 4 groups according to the thinnest corneal thickness by Orbscan-Ⅱ system,gr oup 1,34 eyes with less than 500 μm. Group 2,164 eyes with 500 μm to 550 μm. Gro up 3,95 eyes with 550 μm to 600 μm;and group 4,13 eyes with more than 600 μm. Amo ng these groups the difference of the results between these two methods,group 1 was( -3.29±12.692)μm,group 2 was(6.95±11.64)μm,group 3 was(16.93±10.42)μm and g roup 4 was( 15.38±12.52)μm,there was significant difference statiastically among these gro ups of the difference of the results between these two methods(ANOVA,F=33 .13,P<0.05).Conclusion: When measuring the thinnest corneal thickness,the value obtained with Orbscan-Ⅱ topography was higher than that with ultrasonic pachymetry,but t he difference of the results between these two methods is not identical amomg th ese groups based on the thinnest co
