CA50、CA19-9、CEA联检在胰腺疾病诊断中的价值

摘　　要：目的 :分析CA19- 9、CEA和CA5 0在胰腺疾病诊断中的价值。方法 :4 6 9例胰腺疾病患者采用放射免疫分析测定血清CA5 0水平。采用电化学发光法测定血清CA19- 9和CEA水平。结果 :诊断胰腺癌 ,CA19- 9敏感性和特异性分别为 92 5 7%和 90 73% ;联合检测CA19- 9、CEA、CA5 0其敏感性提高为97 6 4 %。阳性诊断率为 99 16 %。结论 :采用以CA19- 9为主的肿瘤标志物联合检测 ,对胰腺疾病 ,特别是胰腺癌的诊断有着极其重要的意义。Objective To explore the diagnostic value of determination of serum CA19-9, CEA and CA50 levels for pancreatic diseases. Methods Serum CA19-9, CEA levels (with ECL) and serum CA50 levels (with RIA) were determined in 469 patients with various pancreatic benign and malignant diseases. Results With CA19-9, the diagnostic sensitivity and specificity for pancreatic carcinoma was 92.57% and 90.73% respectively. With combined determinations of CA19-9, CEA and CA50, the sensitivity was enhanced to 97.64% and the positive diagnostic rate was 99.16%. Conclusion Combined determination of the serum tumor markers CA19-9, CEA and CA50 was of vital importance in the early diagnosis of pancreatic malignancies.
