摘　　要：目的　评价非甾体激素类抗炎药物治疗视网膜脱离巩膜扣带术后后睫状神经痛的疗效。方法　视网膜脱离巩膜扣带术 10 2例随机分为 3组 :消炎痛组、阿斯匹林组及对照组。观察术后 3d、7d、14d 3组间出现后睫状神经痛的例数及程度。结果　术后 3天出现后睫状神经痛例数及程度 3组间比较无统计学差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。术后 7天和 14天出现后睫状神经痛人数 ,消炎痛组和阿斯匹林组与对照组比较 ,差异均有显著意义 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;消炎痛组与阿斯匹林组间差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )。治疗中未出现药物不育反应。结论　非甾体激素类抗炎药物是治疗视网膜扣带术后后睫状神经痛的有效药物 ,其中消炎痛的治疗效果好于阿斯匹林 。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of non_steroidal drugs on the treatment of pain of posterior cilliary_nerve following scleral buckling surgery.Methods 102 consecutive cases received scleral buckling surgery were divided into 3 groups including Indocin group,Aspirin group and Vitamin group.The symptoms of patients and the degree of pain of posterior cilliary_nerve were observed at 3,7 and 14 postoperative days.Results There was no significant difference in all the observing indicators among the three groups at the third day.At the 7 th day postoperatively,there was no statistical significant difference between Indocin group and Aspiral group. The therapeutic effectiveness of Vitamin group was significantly lower than those of Indocin group and Aspirin group. At the 14th day, the numbers of patients with pain of posterior cilliary_nerve in Indocin group and Aspiral group were significantly less than those of Vitamin group without remarked difference between Indocin group and Aspirin group. No adverse effect was seen during the treating period. Conclusion Application of non_steroidal drugs in the treatment of pain of posterior cilliary_nerve following scleral buckling surgery are feasible, and Indocin is a better drug because of its less side effect.
