眼外伤等眼外形破坏时PMMA义眼的整容效果

摘　　要：目的　探讨可在角膜上配戴的和眼窝下陷时配戴的聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯 (PMMA)超薄型义眼的整容效果。方法　采用PMMA材料 ,根据患者的病史和眼部具体情况 ,10年内为 10 78例量体裁衣式订制和配戴义眼 ,将其整容效果进行总结分析。结果　所有未经和已经摘除眼球的患者都能成功适用此种超薄型和厚的义眼 ,无一例排斥反应。由于PMMA义眼可有效保留多至 7层的颜色层 ,所以配戴后效果与填充式义眼一样拥有丰富的立体感及逼真对称的颜色分布。Objective To evaluate the application of the PMMA artificial eye formulate for oculus wear directly.Methods We apply the material PMMA on prosthetic for 10 years.1078 patients have completed the artificial eye custom_made program,the experience were summarized.Results We discovered that PMMA artificial eye have totally match on microphthalmic eye or after enucleation eye socket and there was no repulsion case.The macromolecular compounds PMMA artificial eye can be concentrate more than 7 color levels to create a full three_dimensional and realistic vision same as full fill prosthetic.Conclusion It is considered that at present domestic PMMA artificial eye is the best selection for prosthetic treatment.
