高效液相色谱法测定强力升白片中没食子酸的含量

摘　　要：目的　建立强力升白片中没食子酸的含量测定方法 ,以控制该产品的质量。方法　采用反相高效液相色谱法 ,以ALLTIMAC1 8(5 μm ,2 5 0mm× 4 6mm)为色谱柱 ,甲醇 乙腈 0 1%磷酸溶液 (5∶6∶89)为流动相 ,检测波长 2 70nm。结果　没食子酸的进样量在 0 0 4 0～ 0 2 4 0 μg范围内与其峰面积值有良好的线性关系 (r =0 9999) ,平均加样回收率为 10 0 4 2 % ,相对标准差 (RSD)为 1 97%。结论　该方法简便易行、准确可靠 。Objective To establish a method for the determination of gallic acid content in Qianglishengbai tablets.Methods Reverse high pressure liquid chromatography was used.The determination was performed on a ALLTIMA C 18 column (5 μm,250 mm×4.6 mm) by UV detector at 270 nm with metanol-acetonitrile-0.1%phosphoric acid (5∶6∶89) as the mobile phase at the flow rate of 1.0 ml/min.Results There was a liner correlation between theamount of gallic acid(0.040～0.240 μg) and the peak area value(r=0.9999).The average recovery of sample-adding and the relative standard deviation of galic acid were 100.42% and 1.97% (n=6),respectively.Conclusion Being sensitive,accurate,and simple to use,this mechod valuable for the quality control of chinese medicine,Qianglishengbai tablets.
