摘  要:目的 研究人颌骨骨膜来源的成骨细胞接种于异体部分脱钙骨内组织工程化成骨的可行性。方法 从人颌骨骨膜分离培养成骨细胞 ,观察其体外生长情况 ,将扩增的人成骨细胞接种到异体部分脱钙松质骨支架内 ,体外和裸鼠体内培养 ,观察成骨细胞在支架孔隙内粘附、生长和成骨情况。结果 人颌骨骨膜来源的成骨细胞体外生长良好 ,细胞在异体部分脱钙松质骨支架内能正常的粘附、生长 ,裸鼠皮下培养 2月后 ,支架材料内异位形成岛状的新生骨组织。Objective To investigate the feasibility of tissue engineered bone by human mandbular periosteum osteoblasts seeded into alloplastic partially decalcified bone. Methods Human osteoblasts isolated from mandibular periosteum were cultured in vitro and observed under inverse microscope. Human osteoblasts were seeded into alloplastic partially decalcified spong bone. The composite was cultured in vitro for 4 days then implanted into subcutaneous pockets on the dorsum of athymic mice for 2 months, the cells'growth, adhension and bone formation were observed. Results The osteoblasts proliferated well after they were cultured in vitro. The cells adhered well to the scaffold materials. 2 months later, new bone was observed. Conclusion It is possible to fabricate bone by seeding human osteoblasts into alloplastic partially decalcified bone.
