摘　　要：本文首先从物理学谈起,在充分考虑物理学和生命科学关系的基础上,引入理论生物物理的概念,然后从宏观和微观角度介绍了理论生物物理的发展状况和研究内容,重点介绍了对神经网络、脑、核酸、蛋白质的研究现状,指明了当前该领域研究的方向,所用的方法以及取得的成果,最后对研究的前景作了比较客观的预测。Beginning from Physics and fully considering the ties between Physics and life sciences, this article introduces the conception of the theoretic biophysics. Then it introduces the development status and research contents of the theoretic biophysics both from macroscopic and microcosmic angles. The article mainly introduces the research status quo of the nervous network, nucleic acid and protein, and shows clearly the present research direction, the research methods as well as the results. Finally, it foretells the prospect more objectively.
