摘　　要：目的　探讨羟基喜树碱、四氢叶酸钙、5 Fu方案治疗胃癌的临床疗效及价值。方法　用HCPT +CF +5 FU方案对 5 8例 ,晚期胃癌患者进行临床治疗观察。结果　全组患者近期有效率 5 6 .9% ,其中CR 13.8% ,PR 4 3.1%。结论　本方案对晚期胃癌疗效肯定 ,毒副反应小 。Objective To discuss the clinical effect of the combined regimen of HCPT,CF and 5 FU in treating stomach neoplasm. Methods The combined regimen of HCPT 10mg,VD,D1 5,CF 200mg,VD,D1 5,5 FU,0.75g,VD,D1 5 was given to 58 cases of advanced stomach neoplasm. Results The total effective rate of all the 58 patients reached 56.9%,in which CR was 13.8% and PR was 43.1%. Conclusions This combined regimen is of approved effect in treating advanced stomach neoplasm with little side effect;it is worth being further studied in clinical chemotherapy for stomach neoplasm.
