摘　　要：图书馆员的素质,直接影响到图书馆的服务质量,乃至于图书馆生存与发展的实力。本文从政治思想、业务知识和工作能力等三个方面对图书馆员的综合素质作了全面的阐述,揭示了图书馆员素质的内涵,为图书馆员综合素质的培养提供了依据。Librarian's multiple gualities impair the serrice quality directly, and eren its existence and the actual strength of the devetopment. This paper desrikes the librarlan's multiple gualities in the palitical idedogy. professional knonledge and working ahitity and reveals the connotation of the librarian, which provides basis for tiaininy the lihrarian's multiple gualities.
