摘  要:绿豆种子经不同强度的均匀高压静电场作用一定时间或经同强度不同作用时间的处理,实验观察种子的发芽情况,统计经不同静电场强度或时间作用后的种子的发芽率、活力指数有明显的变化,对其产生变化的机理进行了分析。结果表明,通过适当强度的静电场处理,绿豆种子的发芽率、发芽指数、以及活力指数均有明显提高。不同情况的静电场影响效果有所差异。场强为4kV/cm的静电场作用10min时对绿豆种子的发芽及其芽期生长的综合影响效果最佳;场强为2kV/cm到5kV/cm作用10min时,对绿豆的萌发性状有明显的促进作用;场强为7kV/cm作用10min时,对绿豆种子的发芽率及活力就有一定的抑制作用。Observe germination of burg bean seeds, which are dealed with different symmetrical high voltage electrostatic field in the same time or different time in the same intercity of electrostatic field. Rate of germination and seeds' activation index have obvious changing in the former two situations. The author analyses the mechanism which make results vary. The results show that rate of germination, index of germination and activation index have been improved obviously when seeds are attested by proper electrostatic field, meanwhile different influence will be produced by different electrostatic field. The base complex influence of the many bean seeds' germination and growth of germination is attested by intensity of from 2kV/cm to 5kV/cm, in the same time--10minutes. But the rate of germinations and seeds activation will be refrained when the intensity of electrostatic field is raised to 7kV/cm in the same time--10minutes.
