摘　　要：《2 0 0 3— 2 0 0 7年教育振兴行动计划》是“整个教育系统的共同行动”,作为教育科研期刊 ,必须行动起来 ,认真加以学习贯彻 ,本文给出相应的落实措施。The 'Action Project of Education Vitalizing'is a 'common action of the entire educational system'.We, as the runner of the the Periodical of Education and Scientific Research must take quick action to study it and carry it out earnestly. This paper presents the corresponding measurements to fulfil the project.
