摘　　要：目的探讨食管静脉曲张破裂出血治疗采用沙氏导丝支撑三腔二囊管插入法的有效性和安全性。方法将60例需气囊压迫止血的病人随机分为沙氏导丝支撑三腔二囊管插入法组(A组)和常规方法插管组(B组)进行插管对比研究。结果沙氏导丝支撑三腔二囊管插入法一次插管成功率为93.3% 与对照组比较有显著差异(P<0.05),误入气管2例占6.7%与对照组比较无显著差异。Objective To explore the effectiveness and safety of ballon tamponade insertion method supported by Savary-Gilliard wire guide. Methods Sixty patients who needed to control bleeding with ballon pressure were divided into two groups. The ballon tamponade insertion method supported by Savary-Gilliard wire guide was used in one group, and the routine insertion method was used in the other group. Results The one time insertion success rate of ballon tamponade insertion method supported by Savary-Gilliard wire guide was 93.3 percent. There was significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.05). Two patients were inserted into trachea mistakenly which accounted for 6.7 percent, and there was no significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion Ballon tamponade insertion supported by Savary-Gilliard wire guide is effective and safe.
