摘  要:本文采用透射电镜观察分析非合金奥-贝球铁显微组织,结果发现:球铁中石墨形态为由中心向外辐射呈层状结构;非合金球铁经900℃奥氏体化、370℃等温1h后,基体组织为贝氏体铁素体和奥氏体,且有两种形貌:一种是贝氏体铁素体和奥氏体呈板条状相间分布,另一种是奥氏体呈块状分布在贝氏体铁素体中。Transmission electron microscope(TEM) was used to investigate the microstructure of an austempered ductile iron. Specimens were austenitised at 900℃ for 1h and then austempered at 370℃ for 1h. It was found that the microstructure of graphite was in form of layers which radiated from graphite nodular center. The matrix microstructure consisted of carbide free bainitic ferrite together with retained austenite, which presented in two kinds of morphology. One is the alternating lath like regions of bainitic ferrite and retained austenite. The other is the massive austenite distributed in the Bainitic ferrite .
