一次性治疗并修复前牙困难病例的探讨

摘　　要：目的 :探讨一次性治疗并修复前牙困难病例的可行性。方法 :采用一次性根管预备、根管充填、根尖刮治术治疗并即时义齿修复前牙困难病例 ,并进行临床观察评定。结果 :成功 94 .0 %(173/182 ) ,无变化 6 .0 % (9/182 )。结论 :一次性治疗并修复前牙困难病例 ,可以明显缩短疗程 ,减轻病人痛苦 ,疗效显著 ,方法简单、安全、有效、可行。Objective : To investigate the curative effect of single-visit therapy and restoration for complex cases of labial teeth. Methods : Complex cases of labial teeth were treated by root canal preparation and filling and periapical currettage and immedicate restoration,and the therapeutic efficacy was valued through clinical observation according to success,no change and inefficacy. Result: The therapeutic efficacy was as the following:the successful cases was 94.0%(173/182),no change 6.0%(9/182). Conclusion: Single-visit therapy and restoration can quick recovery and release pain,It is a safety and effect method to cure complex cases of labial teeth.
