社区脑出血首发病例发病与死亡分析

摘　　要：目的 :了解脑出血发病规律 ,为制订有效的防治措施提供依据。方法 :整理和分析长宁区新华社区 30 2例首次发病脑出血并因脑出血病死的病例资料 ,按十岁为一年龄组 ,分六组 ,分别统计各年龄组发病率及构成比 ,以及不同季节发病、死亡病例及构成比。结果 :脑出血病例男女性发病无显著性差异 ,发病率随年龄增长逐渐升高。发病以冬季最高 ,其次为春季 ,且冬季死亡最高。 90 .4 %的脑出血患者发病时有血压升高 ,且随着血压水平的增高 ,脑出血发病呈上升趋势。结论Objective:To know the rule of come on of cerebral hemorrhage,provide evidence for the constituting of effective defense and cure method.Method:Gathering and analyzing the 302 cases of the first appearance of cerebral hemorrhage that lead to death in ChangNing XinHua Community,dividing the cases into 6 groups, with the age span of years,getting the statistics of the incidence rate and structure for every group,and the incidence rate,death rate and structure diversion with different seasons.Result:There is no prominent difference of the incidence rate between male and female,the incidence rate raises with the raise of age.The incidence rate in winter is the highest,spring the second,and the death rate in winter is also the highest. 90.4%of the incidences of cerebral hemorrhage have the symptom of hypertension,and with the raising of the level of hypertension,cerebral hemorrhage had the trend to raise.Conclusion:The defense and control of hypertension was an important method for reduce the incidence of cerebral hemorrhage.
