城市生态住区建设刍议

摘　　要：城市生态住区是城市生态建设的重要组成部分 ,它对提高居民的生活环境质量、增强居民的身心健康至关重要 ,具有很强的生态服务功能。该文阐述了城市生态住区的概念和特征 ,介绍了国内外城市生态住区的建设情况 ,提出生态住区应包括城市生态住区物质生态层和精神生态层的建设 ,认为我国住区环境建设要以“改善人居环境生活质量”为起点 ,营造以生态学原理为指导的生态住区建设 。Urban eco-residence, an important part of urban eco-construction, is of vital environmental service value in enhancing people's living standard and improving their physical and mental health. The paper expounds the concept and characteristics of urban eco-residence, introduces urban eco-residential construction situations both at home and abroad, and puts forward the tentative idea of eco-residential construction based on the levels of eco-material, eco-ethical and eco-cultural in urban eco-residential construction, believing that the resident environmental construction is to intend “to improve people's environmental living standard', formulate the eco-residential construction guided by ecological principles, and ultimately promote the social development and social stability of the residence and the city as well.
