摘 要:在干旱胁迫条件下,经20~100mg/L乙烯利处理的玉米幼苗的存活率增加,同时处理后叶片中的叶绿素含量和水势均增加,脯氨酸含量上升,SOD,POD活性增高,细胞的相对电导率降低.结果表明乙烯能提高玉米幼苗抗旱性,而乙烯提高玉米幼苗抗旱性的生理基础可能是通过脯氨酸,SOD,POD的抗氧化作用保护细胞膜免受破坏或减少破坏而提高抗旱性.That the exogenous ethylene (20—100?mg/L ) not only significantly increased survival percentage of maize seedlings to drought stress,but also increased content of chlorophyll and water potential was reported;exogenous ethylene enhanced proline contents and activity of SOD and POD during drought stress in maize seedlings.On the contrary,exogenous ethylene decreased cytomembrane permeability.This indicated that exogenous ethylene enhanced drought resistance of maize seedlings,suggesting protecting cytomembrane from damage by increasing proline contents and activity of SOD and POD that resulted in enhancing drought resistance of maize seedlings.
