摘  要:我国养生思想起源于人们追求健身长寿的社会思想,长寿观念的出现促使人们去寻求长寿的途径,开始注意身心的养护,自觉地把一些有益于身心健康的活动作为手段.在长期的劳动实践中,逐步形成了养生健身必须掌握动静规律与原则的朴素体育哲学思想.因此,动与静的平衡是人生命的基础,也是矛盾的两个方面,既对立,又统一,且相互依存,互为利用,所以两者都不可忽视.The thought of keeping in good health in China originates from the social thinking in people's pursuit of health and longevity. The emergence of the sense of longevity causes people to seek the way to have a long life, to begin to pay attention to the maintenance of body and heart, to use consciously some activities good for health as means. Therefore, during a long-term labor practice, simple physical philosophical thought has been progressively shaped that it must master the law and principle of motion and rest to keep in good health and to have a long life. So, the balance of motion and rest is the base of human life, two contradictory aspects as well. Motion and rest not only oppose to and agree with each other, but also depend on each other for existence and utilize each other, so both can't be neglected.
