摘　　要：职业经理市场对职业经理的需求来自于企业的国内与国外经营的需要。本文根据市场主体特征构建了职业经理市场需求指标体系,利用指数平滑移动法对市场中职业经理收入进行了预测分析,运用回归模型对职业经理市场需求进行了预测研究,并构建了判断预测方法精确度的数学模型。The demand of a professional manager market comes from the enterprises home and abroad. The paper constructs the indexes system of a professional manager market, which accords to the character of demanders, using index smoothing and moving method to predict the manager's earning in the manager market, using linearity regressing predict model to study the demanding of the manager market; And the paper constructs a mathematic model to judge the predicting precision.
