摘 要:针对单缸柴油发动机保有量大,应用范围广,而又普遍存在油耗、排污相对偏高的问题,结合单缸柴油机结构特点,在不改变原机结构的前提下,增设一套燃油喷射系统,增设的燃油喷射系统与原燃油供给系统配合,用机械控制方式代替高压电控喷射系统,实现引导喷射[1],促进柴油和空气的混合,提高混合气形成质量,改善燃烧过程,从而改善柴油机经济性和排放。试验结果表明,增设一套燃油喷射系统实现引导喷射,对节能、控制排放特别是噪音有效果。采用两个喷油泵分别向一个喷油器供油[2],实现引导喷射,对单缸柴油机有一定的适用性和推广价值,同时也为进一步研究和探讨提供了途径。The single cylinder diesel engine is retained greatly and used widely. But it has problems of high fuel consumption and pollution. Combined with the construction features of single cylinder diesel engine, without constructional modification of the original engine, a set of fuel injection system was added. It can coordinate with the original fuel injection system. The way is to realize guiding fuel injection by means of mechanical control instead of high voltage electronic control injection system so that the mixture of diesel oil and air and the quality of the mixture gas are improved. The combustion process is improved so as to enhance the economy of fuel and reduce emissions of diesel engine. The experimental results show that the multiple fuel injection system achieves guiding fuel injection and is very useful for controlling emission, saving energy, reducing noise, by means of two injection pumps to supply oil for the same one injector separately, guiding fuel injection can be realized. It is very applicable and extendable for single cylinder diesel engine. Meanwhile, the theoretical bases for further study were provided.
