摘　　要：侦查人员出庭作证是指承办案件的侦查人员以控方证人的身份出席法庭审判,向法官和陪审团就亲身经历的事实提出证言,接受控辩双方的当庭询问和质证。在我国,侦查人员作证制度具有重要意义。此项制度建构:确立“控诉职能”和“侦查职能”一体化;理清公诉权与审判权的关系;在立法上进一步明确此项制度;设立侦查人员人身安全保障制度。Investigators in the court means the investigators who are in charge of cases enter testimony as the prosecuting witness from their real experiences for judger and jurors,to accept inquiring on court and interrogating.Investigators in the court have an important meaning in china. This system establishing establishes integration of accusing and investigating;clearing the relationship between public prosecuting and jurisdiction;explicating the system in legislation; Establishing personal security system for investigators.
