摘　　要：Based on the research of the establishment and property of mineral resource rights,and considering that most of Chinese scholars tend to determine the quality of property rights combining exploration rights with mining rights,this paper draws five conclusions and mentions the three principles in the research into the property rights of mineral resources. In terms of geology and law,the paper expounds different origins of exploration rights and mining rights,object of exploration rights so as to correct some misconceptions.
