低成本DCS系统在加热器中的应用与研究

摘　　要：　研制了一种低成本的加热器,采用DCS构成控制系统,用单回路PID控制。自动调节精度高,系统响应快,滞后小,调节效果好,通过测试表明可以满足工艺要求。A low-cost heater is developed adopting DCS control system and is controlled with the single loop PID. It has high self-motionprecision,swift response, little lag and fine adjustment effect. The test indicated that it can meet the needs of the technique.
