摘　　要：目的 :探讨超声的诊断价值。方法 :对应用超声诊断 1 4例先天性胆总管囊状扩张患者进行回顾性分析。结果 :声像图表现可归纳三种类型 :(1 )圆形或椭圆形 ;(2 )不规形 ;(3)巨大囊肿。结论 :超声检查可以对本病正确分型 。Objective:To evaluate the diagnostic value of ultrasonography in congenital cystic dilation of common bile duct(CC).Methods:Fourteen cases of congenital cystic dilation of common bile duct were analyzed by ultrasoud.Restults:They were divided into three groups according to the ultrasongraphy imaging:group 1 of circular shape or oval shape; group 2 of irregular; and group 3 of large cystic. Conclusion:ultrasonography is helpful in diagnosis and classification for CC types.
