东北地区正常成人面部生长型的分类研究

摘　　要：目的 :对东北地区 10 0例正常牙合成人在垂直方向上和矢状方向上对颅颌面部的形态结构进行研究 ,建立不同骨骼面型的诊断标准。方法 :以正常牙合为标准 ,选择东北地区正常合成人 10 0例做样本 ,拍头颅侧位X线片 ,在X线片上测量 ,得到的数据进行多元聚类分析 ,将 10 0例样本分为水平趋向生长型、平均型、垂直趋向生长型 ,建立 3种骨面型的诊断标准。结果 :获得了 3种骨面型的诊断标准。结论 :建立不同骨面型的诊断标准具有重要的临床指导意义。Objective: To study the craniofacial structures in the vertical and sagittal directions of adults with normal occlusion in northeastern China,and to establish the diagnostic standards of different kinds of skeletal patterns. Methods: One hundred adults (50 men and 50 women) with normal occlusion were chosen. The lateral cephalometric radiographs were traced on acetate sheets,identified landmarks,measured indexes of Downs and Bjork analysis with tracing protractor template. Descriptive statistics and multifactor cluster analysis were performed. Results: The diagnostic standards of 3 kinds of skeletl patterns has been established. Conclusion: It is necessary to establish the diagnostic standards of different kinds of skeletal patterns.
