摘　　要：通过分析现有传统软件开发模型在实际应用中存在的各种不足并结合实际开发管理经验,给出了对快速应用开发(RAD)的一种实践应用原型—"刻度尺"快速软件过程管理模型,对其应用过程、核心价值、优缺特性给出了相关阐述.Through analyzing the various shortcomings of the existing traditional software development model in practical application and considering the actual development and management experience,the paper presents a practical prototype of rapid application development——'Scale' software process management model and discusses its application process,core value,strong points and weaknesses.
