摘  要:肿瘤内有否神经支配,长时期以来科学界非常关注.作者利用免疫组织化学方法,发现人脑膜瘤内存在相当数量的甘丙肽(galanin,GAL)、P物质(substance P,SP)和降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)免疫阳性神经纤维.GAL和SP免疫阳性神经纤维见于粗、中等粗细、细和膨体型4种类型;CGRP阳性神经纤维见于中等粗细和细2种类型.3种肽能神经纤维上均可见密度不同、大小不一、形态各异的膨体.它们多位于脑膜瘤近基部侧和相对一侧周围区,中央区往往缺如.3种神经纤维在质量小于1g的脑膜瘤内的分布范围可达肿瘤的2/3以上,随着肿瘤增大,其分布范围相对比例缩小,且纤维密度降低.3种神经纤维的大部分走行于瘤细胞形成的腺巢内或弥散地迂曲在肿瘤细胞之间,少部分走行在结缔组织内.在微分干涉光显微镜下,3种肽能神经纤维与肿瘤细胞直接接触.肿瘤内肽能神经支配的发现给肿瘤的研究提出了新的课题.Whether innervation existed in tumors have been provoking scientists' great interests. Using immunohis-tochemical methods, we found a substantial amount of galanin (GAL)- , substance P (SP)- and calcitonin gene related peptide (CGRP ) - immunoreactive (ir) nerve fibers in human meningioma. Four types of GAL' and SP- nerve fibers: thick, intermediate, thin and varicose were demonstrated. And only two types were seen in CGRP-ir nerve fibers, the intermediate and the thin. Different densities and shapes of varicosilies were observed in three kinds of peptidergic nerve fibers. GAL-. SP - and CGRP-ir nerve fibers were located mainly near the base and often deficient in the tumor's center. In small meningioma (less than 1.5 g), three kinds of peptidergic nerve fibers were distributed in more than 2,/3 area of the meningioma. The ratio of the distribution area of peptidergic nerve fibers to the meningioma and the density of peptidergic nerve fibers decreased with the increasing size of the meningioma. A large part of GAL-, SP - and CGRP-ir nerve fibers wound their way among the tumor cells or entered the nest of tumor cells. A little part of the peptidergic nerve fibers passed through the connective tissue among the nest of the tumor cells. A direct contact between the peptidergic nerve fibers and tumor cells was seen under Nomarski differential interference contrast microscope.
