摘  要:将一组大鼠实验性肺麟癌发展过程中不同病变阶段的组织切片进行Feulgen染色后,用显微分光光度计对细胞核DNA含量和面积进行了测量。结果表明DNA含量及面积均随病变的发展而增大;重度异型性鳞化与原位癌之间的核面积大小差异无显著(P>0.05);而DNA含量差异却显著(P<0.05);不同分化程度的鳞癌在核面积和DNA含量上差异均显著(P<0.05)。提示细胞核面积及DNA含量的定量测定与病理组织形态学相结合,可能有助于对肺鳞癌的分化程度以及癌前期的各级异型鳞化进行更准确的分级;在区别重度异型性鳞化与原位癌上,核DNA含量比面积的测定可能更有意义。The specimens from the experimental pulmonary squamous cellcarcinomas of the rats have been measured with microspectropho-tometer after the Feulgen's staining. The DNA content & the nucl-ear areas are increasing with the development. of the lesion. Thereappears statistically significant correlation between the DNA conte-nts of the squamous metaplasia with severe atypia & the carcinoma insitu (P<0.05), but their values of nuclear area haveno marked dif-ferences (P>0.05). Both the DNA contents & the nuclear areas amongthe carcinomas with different grade of malignacy have signifieancestatistically (P<0.05). It suggests that the measurement of theDNA content & the nuclear area, combined with the histopathology,may be helpful to the more precise classification of the carcinoma &the squamous metaplasia with different atypia. The measurement ofDNA content may be of greater value than that of the nuclear areato differentiate squamous metaplasia with severe atypia from the ca-rcinoma in situ.
