摘  要:介绍了β品型聚丙烯(PP)和共混型PP 2种汽车保险杠专用料的制备方法。通过注塑时向β晶型PP中加入CaCO3刚性粒子增韧母粒的方法,可以克服β晶型PP模塑收缩率大和漆膜附着力差的缺点。Two kinds of preparation methods for β form polypropylene (PP) speciality and blending PP suitable to automobile bumpers were introduced. Addition of rigid CaCO3 particles into β form PP during moulding process could form toughening masterbatch, with which the disadvantages caused by large moulding shrinkage ratio and inferior paint film adhesion of β form PP could be overcome. The comprehensive property of the resultant composite was superior to that of the blending PP speciality for automobile bumpers.
