摘  要:以中原乙烯运行的由CTIP公司提供的壳管式换热器为例 ,建立非稳态传热数学模型 ,进行数值求解 ,计算出启动过程中各个时刻的管壳间温差 ,并分析对此温差的影响因素。进一步对炉管进行启动过程应力分析 ,并提出减轻造成炉管失效的附加应力因素的措施。The reasonable design for the heat expansion absorption of the shell and tube heat exchangers was closely related to their safe operation. With the transfer-line exchangers supplied by CTIP Co and operating in Zhongyuan ETHENE Co as an example, a primary research was made, a non-stable heat transfer mathematical model was set up for solving the mathematical value, the temperature differences between the shell and tuble at each time in start-up were calculated, and the factors affecting the temperature differences were analyzed. The further stress analysis was performed for the start-up of the furnace tubes, and some methods of reducing the additional stress factors making the failure of the furnace tubes were proposed.
