面瘫面部红外热像图表现和温度特征

摘　　要：本文用红外热像方法对210例周围性面神经麻庳患者面部温度分布进行的观察和对116例健康人的对照显示:患者面部双侧温度差大于健康人;眼、内眦和颧部,两组间具有统计学差异。本批患者患侧面部均温有41.4％高于健侧,25.7％低于健侧;眉、内眦、外眦和鼻唇沟的均温平均值低于健侧,眼、颧、颊和嘴角的该值高于健侧。病程短、病变重者的双侧面温差大于病程长、病变轻者,两组间也具有统计学差异。患者的自身对照示:病中双侧面温差大于愈后,眼、内眦部位尤其明确。观察结果提示:双侧面部温度不对称是面瘫的面部温度特征,双侧面温差大小与病变程度有关。本文结果为了解面瘫的面部循环和代谢状态提供了分析依据,为热像和温度在该病病变程度的判定和治疗恢复的评价等方面的探讨奠定了基础。The facial thermographic examinations of 210 patients with facial nerve paralysis and 116 healthy volunteers showed that temperature differences of bilateral facial skin of the patients were larger than these of the healthy group.On the regions of eye,inner canthus and cheek bone,there were statistic differences between the two groups. In 41.4% of cases, the facial temperature of the suffering side was higher than that of the healthy side,25.7% was lower. The local temperatures on eyebrow, inner canthus, outer canthus and naso-labio ditch of suffering side were lower than these of healthy one.However, on eye, cheek bone,cheek and angle of lips,the temperature were higher.The temperature differences of bilateral facial skin for patients with heavy symptom and short ill-course were larger than these with slight symptom.There were also statistic differences between the two groups.The asymmetry of facial bilateral skin temperature was a feature in patients with facial nerve paralysis.The temperature differences of facial bilateral skin related to the symptom of patients.The thermographic method is useful for facial nerve parasis.
