软X射线傅里叶变换光谱仪原理及结构特性研究

摘　　要：软X射线傅里叶变换光谱仪是傅里叶变换光谱学最前沿的研究领域。本文采用夫琅和费衍射理论分析了新型Mach Zehnder分波前式软X射线傅里叶变换光谱仪的工作原理 ,探讨了探测器接收狭缝宽度的确立条件 ,得出光程差反演公式 ,指出谱仪研制的关键环节及难点。The development of soft X ray Fourier transform spectrometer is one of the newest field in Fourier transform spectroscopy. The working principle of new wavefront division Mach Zehnder soft X ray Fourier transfrom spectrometer is analyzed by use of Fraunhofer diffraction theory in detail. The width of slit in front of detector is determined and the inversion formula of path difference is obtained. The key techniques in the process of developing spectrometer are proposed in the end of this paper.
