摘　　要：结合印制电路板及其基材产业的特点,本文介绍了企业文化的概念和特征,作者提出了建设先进企业文化和借鉴东西方文化的重要性,并论述了企业文化的发展趋势以及企业文化策划的原则和方法。In the paper, the concept and character of enterprise culture were introduced according to industry of PCB and CCL. Importance of constructing advanced enterprise culture and reference to Chinese, American and Japanese management culture will be giant. The trend and plan of enterprise culture were reviewed.
