摘　　要：研制了 1种基于PSD的激光准直测量系统。该测量系统利用PSD的高分辨率、高响应速度等特点 ,可以准确、动态地测量电梯导轨的直线度 ,铅垂度等参数。A laser alignment measuring system with a position sensitive detector (hereafter simplified as PSD)is developed.The PSD with high resolution and response enables accurate and dynamic measurement of elevator guide rail straightness and verticality.Actual uses show that this system is reliable and easy to use.
