儿童眼外伤B型超声影像与临床诊断分析

摘　　要：目的　探讨儿童眼外伤的超声影像特征及其在临床诊断中的价值。方法　对经临床证实的 2 3 1例2 3 7眼眼外伤眼球的声像图特征进行回顾性分析。结果　发现球内异物 10 1眼、玻璃体积血 165眼、视网膜脱离的 76眼、脉络膜脱离 13眼及其他病变 3 2眼。对上述各种病变的影像进行描述。结论　超声检查对指导儿童眼外伤的诊断具有重要临床价值。Objective To investigate the characteristic and the valve of ultrasonography in diagnosing ocular injury in children. Methods Retrospective analysis of ocular ultrasonographic images in 231 injured cases (237 eyes) were done. Results Ocular foreign body in 107 eyes, vitreous hemorrhage in 165 eyes, retinal detachment in 76 eyes, choroid detachment in 13 eyes and other lesions in 32 eyes were found and their characteristic images were described. Conclusion Ultrasonography has very important value in the diagnosis of ocular injury in children.
