比特诺尔治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的 :观察比特诺尔胶囊灌肠及口服治疗溃疡性结肠炎的疗效。方法 :病变位于乙状结肠、直肠的活动期轻中度溃疡性结肠炎共 70例 ,灌肠治疗组 30例 ,生理盐水 10 0ml加入比特诺尔 5 5mg× 12粒 ,保留灌肠QN ;口服治疗组 2 0例 ,口服比特诺尔 5 5mg× 3粒Qd ;对照组 2 0例 ,口服柳氮磺吡啶(SASP) 1.0qd ,疗程均为 4周。结果 :灌肠组总有效率 93.33% (2 8/30 ) ,口服组总有效率 80 .0 % (16 /2 0 ) ,对照组总有效率 80 .0 % (16 /2 0 )。结论 :比特诺尔胶囊是治疗溃疡性结肠炎的有效药物 ,灌肠治疗效果优于口服治疗。Objective: To observe the effect of Bitnal treating chronic Ulcerative colitis by orally and vetention enema. Method: 70 mild or moderate active cases which located in signoid and vectum divided into three group.30 patients of enema therapy group received vetention enema of Bitnal(55mg×12# ) mix in 100ml nomal saline,qn. 20 patients received Bitnal 55mg×3#,qid.The last 20 patients of a control group received Salicylazosulfapyridine(SASP) 1.0,qid.The duration of treatment was four weeks in all groups. Result: Effective rate of enema therapy group was 93.33%.Orally group was 80.0%.The control group was 80.0%. Conclusion:Bitnal is effective in the treatment of chronic ulcerative colitis,and vetention enema of Bitnal is better than orally.
