子宫动脉栓塞术治疗子宫肌瘤51例临床分析

摘　　要：目的 :探讨分析子宫动脉栓塞术 (uterinearteryembolization ,UAE)治疗子宫肌瘤的疗效及安全性。方法 :对我院 2 0 0 0年 4月至 2 0 0 2年 3月共 5 1例行UAE治疗子宫肌瘤的患者的疗效进行随访观察。结果 :随访的 36例月经量过多的患者术后 12个月内月经周期、各期月经量基本恢复正常 ;随访的 14例痛经患者术后 2 4个月内有 13例患者临床症状完全消失 ,有 1例仍有轻微症状 ;随访 12例有压迫症状的患者术后 9个月有 11例症状完全消失 ,1例术后 2 4个月仍有轻度压迫症状 ;8例不孕者术后 2 4个月共 3例自然受孕 ,不孕患者总受孕率 37.5 %。肌瘤平均体积术后 3～ 9个月缩小明显 ,但 9～2 4个月缩小不明显。结论 :UAE治疗子宫肌瘤近期效果满意 ,但远期效果尚待进一步探讨。Objective:To investigate the effect and safety of uterine artery embolization (UAE) in treating myoma. Method: From April 2000 to March 2002,there were 51 patients with myoma treated with UAE.All the patients were followed up. Result: The duration and amount of menstres in 36 cases which were menorrhagia before operation, became normal within 12 months ,postoperation. In 14 cases with dysmenorrhea, 13 relieved completely within 24 months after operation, and 1 still had got mild pain during menstrus. There were 12 patients with stress before treatment. And 11 relieved completely within 9 months after therapy, 1 still suffered mild stress in 24 months postoperation. 8 patients were infertile before therapy and 3 patients were naturally pregnant in 9 months after therapy.The rate of pregnancy in infertile cases was 37.5%. The average size of myoma redaced significantly within 3～9 months post operation. While in 9～24 months, the size of myoma did not reduced so significantly. Conclusion: The short-term effect was rather good when UAE was used to treating myoma, Further study should be done to investigate the long-term effect of UAE.
