摘　　要：目的　比较国产与进口、连用与隔日使用左旋门冬酰胺酶 (L ASP)副作用发生情况。方法　采用病例分析方法 ,比较国产与进口L ASP以及L ASP连用与隔日使用肝功能、血尿酸、血糖、凝血三项 (PT、APTT、TT)、血浆白蛋白、血清钙以及纤维蛋白原的变化 ,所需输注的纤维蛋白原量。结果　国产与进口L ASP相比 ,国产L ASP所需输注纤维蛋白量高于进口L ASP ,副作用发生率无统计学差异 ,连用与隔日使用无统计学差异。结论　①除纤维蛋白原降低外 ,国产与进口L ASP具有同样安全性 ;②连续使用与隔日使用L ASP治疗急性淋巴细胞性白血病 (ALL)Objective To investigate the side effects of L-asparaginase(L-ASP)of consecutive and every-other-day use. Methods Liver function, blood uric acid, blood glucose, PT, APTT, TT, albumin, calcium, fibrinogen concentration and volume of fibrinogen of domestic L-ASP and foreign L-ASP were compared by case analysis. Results Domestic L-ASP needed more volume of fibrinogen than foreign L-ASP did.There was no statistical difference in side effects,in use of each consecutive day and every other day. Conclusion Domestic L-ASP and foreign L-ASP have the same safety except that fibrinogen was decreased in domestic L-ASP and so is the use of each day and every other day for treating acute lymphoid leukemia.
