摘　　要：目的 探讨自体瘤苗对肾癌患者免疫功能的影响。方法 术中切取新鲜肾癌组织,制备成新城鸡瘟病毒(NDV)修饰的自体肿瘤细胞疫苗(ATV-NDV),术后免疫接种。实验组30例肾癌患者接受ATV-NDV治疗,应用酶免法和组化法进行接种前后T淋巴细胞亚群及NK细胞各项免疫指标监测分析;对照组16例肾癌患者未接受ATV-NDV治疗,监测指标同实验组对照。结果 实验组治疗过程中CD3、CD4、CD8及NK细胞上升明显,治疗前、后比较有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。实验组与对照组比较,治疗后有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论自体肿瘤疫苗对肾癌患者免疫功能具有增强作用。Objective To discuss the effect of newcastle diseasevirus-modified autologous tumor vaccine (ATV-NDV) treatment on the immune function of postoperative patients with renal cell carcinoma. Methods T-lymphocyte subsets and NK cells in peripheral blood of 30 patients with renal cell carcinoma who accepted ATV-NDV (before and after operation,respectively) treatment were analyzed with euzymelinked immunosorbent assay and immunohistochemical method. 16 patients without ATV-NDV treatment were used as control group. Results The percentages of the cells of CD3,CD4,CD8 and NK were obviously increased in treatment group. Significant difference in those values was observed between patients before and after ATV-NDV treatment (P<0. 01). Moreover,those values after ATV-NDV treatment were remarkably higher than those in patients without ATV-NDV treatment ( P <0. 05). Conclusion ATV-NDV can improve the immune function of patients with renal cell carcinoma.
