驱铜治疗对肝豆状核变性患者肝纤维化干预作用的研究

摘　　要：目的　了解驱铜治疗对肝豆状核变性 (HLD)肝纤维化的作用。方法　对首次入院未经正规驱铜治疗的60例HLD患者驱铜治疗前后 64d及继续服药 1年后分别采用放射免疫法 (RIA)检测HA、LN、Ⅳ -C、PC -Ⅲ ,酶联免疫吸附法 (ELISA)检测TGF -β1 ,以动态观察驱铜治疗对肝纤维化的影响。结果　驱铜治疗前后 64d内HA、LN、Ⅳ-C、PC -Ⅲ及TGF -β1 变化经统计学检验差异无显著意义 ,P值分别为 0 .5 5 0、0 .0 92、0 .15 7、0 .614及 0 .10 7。而经过驱铜治疗排铜效果满意出院后继续服药维持治疗 1年后HA、LN、Ⅳ -C、PC -Ⅲ及TGF -β1 明显降低。P值分别为 3 .5 7E -5、2 .46E -9、0 .0 13 3、4.83E -8及 1.5 7E -9。其中HA、LN、Ⅳ -C、PC -Ⅲ及TGF -β1 分别有 16、2 9、10、9及 18例由增高降至正常水平。Objective To know the effect of decopper treatment on the hepatic fibrosis of HLD.Methods To observe the effect of decopper treatment on hipatic fibrosis. The amount of serum HA?LN?Ⅳ-C?PC-Ⅲ of 60 HLD patients untreated by decopper treatment were measured before and after they were treated by decopper treatment and after one year pill taking by radioimmunoassay (RIA) and TGF-β 1 by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) respectively.Results In a short time after decopper treatment, the statistics of HA?LN?Ⅳ-C?PC-Ⅲ and TGF-β 1 remained the same ( P =0.550,0.092,0.157,0.614 and 0.107). However, one year later these five index reduced notably ( P =3.57E-5,2.46E-9,0.0133,4.83E-8 and 1.57E-9). There were 16 patients' index of HA become normal, 29LN, 10Ⅳ-C, 9PC-Ⅲ and 18 TGF-β 1.Conclusion Long period decopper treatment can decrease the degree of HLD patients' hepatic fibrsis.
