机电一体化人才培养模式的探讨

摘　　要：本文章从加强学生人文素质培养、工程实践能力培养、以及机械工程教学改革三方面论述了机电一体化人才培养应注意的一些问题 ,并提出了一些建议。This paper expounds the problems of the mechatronic talent training, that ought to be pay attention to,through strengthen student's humanity quality fosters ,strengthen student's project practice capability along with mechanical engineering reform in education , and advises some proposes .Among reform in mechanical engineering education we should lay stress on subject-accrossing; bring the dominant essence of student into play ;strengthen Quality checking and Assessing of student's metal processing fieldwork and graduation project and so on ;expatiate a talent training principle that is ”give priority to mechanics, give applications to electricity, combine mechanics to Electricity”; strengthen combination of production teaching and research ;train mechatronic talents facing Business.
