摘　　要：种次号号码简短、不易重号、便于操作 ,利于图书排架 ,但它存在不能集中同类中同一著者的不同种图书的严重弊端 ,在很大程度上影响了读者对此类书的查找利用。Class and order number is short,not easy to have repeat number,easy for operation and in favor of books shelving,but it falls short of collecting books of different classes but of the same author in the same kind, and this influences readers' utilization of this kind of books.The paper raises opinions of using class and order number to collect books of different classes but of the same author in the same kind.
