摘 要:产权论阐明了收益激励机制对提高企业效益的作用,超产权论进一步阐明了激励机制只有在竞争条件下才能发挥作用,驱动企业改善机制,提高效益。结合这两种理论,作者认为,要从国有企业产权改革和加大企业的竞争压力两个方面来解决我国目前的国企脱困问题。Property right theory clarifies how the incentive mechanism of income improves the performance of an enterprise. Beyond property right theory further points out that only under the circumstances of competition, the incentive mechanism can work efficiently, drive the enterprise improve mechanism and increase performance. Combined with the two theories, the author states that only by pushing property right reform of state-Owned enterprises and enhancing the competitive pressure, we can help state-Owned enterprises get out of the poor situation plaguing them now.
