摘　　要：随着我国社会主义市场经济建设的不断深入,诚信缺失现象越来越严重,如何救治诚信危机已经成为社会普遍关注的问题。本文通过分析市场经济入手,提出健全诚信的四方面措施:一、依据经济规律的本质要求构筑市场经济诚信理念;二、发挥政府在构筑诚信中的关键作用;三、健全商事法律体系,保障诚信建立;四、建立和健全信用保障制度。With the development of China's market economy, we are losing our business honesty and credit and we are much concerned about the return of them. In this article, the writer gives his countermeasures to solve this problem. Ⅰ. construct the theory of honesty and credit; Ⅱ. play the role of the government; Ⅲ. strengthen legal business system; Ⅳ. perfect credit-ensuring system.
